12.01.2012 — AVC - Fest Off-stage competitions were held
13.01.2012 — Pongal Festival was celebrated in a grand manner in our campus. The students gave an entertaining programme in Tamil folk dances.
10.01.2012 — Six of our II year BBA students participated in Collage competition held at Kanniga Parameshwari College for Women and won the 2nd prize.
25.01.2012 — Ms. V. Meena, Asst. Professor, Dept. of Mathematics presented a paper in "Application of Statistical Methods in the Clinical Laboratry" held at SDNB Vaishnav College for Women.

26.01.2012 — Our College NSS unit organized a 'Dental Camp' at Thiruvalluvar Gurukula Middle School, Saidapet, Chennai. Dr. H. Sangeetha and Dr. Rubana from Dr. Smilez Clinic screened about 150 students.

12.07.2011 — To commemorate Kamarajar's birthday, the Department of Tamil organized Kamarajar - Kalvi Vizha and conducted various competitions. Our Chairman Dr. S. Devaraj was the Chief guest. Our Secretary was present. Mr. Thangasamy and Mr. Vinayagam of Annai Veilankannis Matriculation School were the judges for the competitions.

28.09.2010 — The Department of Commerce conducted Kindle Fest the departmental fest presided over by Prof.Alston Rozario , Vice Principal ( Self Financing) Loyola College. Paper presentation, Business Quiz, Adzap, Logo Presentation, Drawing & Painting, Spell Word and Best Manager were the competitions held. About 200 students participated in all the competitions. All the winners were awarded with a certificate and a shield.

Many students took part in Competitions Like, Monoacting, Poem Recitation, Oratory and Drawing. In the afternoon an Orientation programme was arranged on Soft Skills for all the staff members.

Dr.Balambala Balakrishnan Head of the Department of Bio-Chemistry, Sundaram Medical Foundation was the Chief Guest. 14.06.10 — College reopened for staff
The Chairman addressed the staff members and encouraged them to keep themselves updated and improve their skills in teaching methodology. He highlighted that this year the Decennial year will be celebrated. He motivated the staff to actively contribute their best for its great success.
