With a deep sense of pride I wish to convey that we have completed 10 years of faithful service for the cause of higher education. With definite educational and ethical objectives we are helping the rural youth to find direction, imbibe values and achieve their goals. We reassure and reaffirm our commitment and determination to produce and train students to be socially relevant and educationally equipped, God - centred global citizens to serve humanity.
I am immensely happy to know that the release of the College Souvenir is made possible this year too. I congratulate and thank everyone involved in its production.
Success is not a destination, it is a journey. I pray for God's help to journey through the days a head with the spirit of oneness, joy and enthusiasm.
The Principal Speaks
A candle was lighted in the year 2000 in the humble basement of Annai Veilankanni's College of Arts & Science. The candle, was the vision of our Founder & Chairman Dr.S.Devaraj. The candle is burning bright still after a decade, even today, preparing and empowering the youth for glowing opportunities. Our institution is a place to pursue exceptional leadership qualities, to unlock the talents and potentials of students to meet their goals. We, the staff and students as members of a family work with the Management in an atmosphere of mutual respect, understanding and trust. It gives me great pleasure to know about the release of the College Souvenir that chronicles the activities and events of the College in the academic year 2009-10. it shows and highlights how AVC has an enviable record of achievement and enjoys the unstinted support and the co-operation of the Management, staff and students. I thank the Almighty and seek His blessings to protect and guide us into the future.
